“We had our initial HR documentation introduction meeting this morning with Mark Jessop. Mark took his time to provide a very comprehensive overview of the way forward with the company documentation and also the portal functions. Mark's presentation style is relaxed and easy to follow. The meeting was very enjoyable and positive - I certainly look forward to working with Mark to achieve successful outcomes for our business and employees. Thank you.”

“Great listener, and solutions presented in an appropriate manner according to the case. All options considered and plan for action discussed. Very supportive concerning matters of a personal nature. I would go to Karen all the time to deal with any concerns of matters where HR are needing to be addressed.”

“Einaas Farooky was extremely helpful today. I had a concern that I had raised and she spent time explaining where to find the information i required. She knew exactly what I required and had an excellent knowledge of the system. Very helpful. Thank you”

“Very happy with the help I received from Einaas Farooky today, especially as it's a Bank Holiday. I had a query about Business Safe Online and Einaas was able to help me very quickly and professionally. “The customer service is always quick and very easy to understand from Peninsula. We use them for HR and Health & Safety and I would recommend both. After speaking with Einaas Farooky yesterday, our Health & Safety queries were resolved and dealt with really well.”
