“This is feedback on my experience using Peninsula in general. I selected Peninsula as our first ever HR Service Provider last year, and they have been an invaluable source of expertise. The whole process to begin the new business relationship was really smooth, and I could seek guidance and support with new HR cases immediately. I have a team of dedicated experts who support me every step of the way, and it's so reassuring to know that I can call any time of day for guidance. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them!”

“Since becoming involved with Susan smithson in regards to the health and safety support for our service she has been an excellent source of support. She always reply’s to emails, is on hand to offer her advice and has always gone above and beyond to ensure that we have the information we need. “Peninsula have been a huge support for our HR and documentation services for two years now and we are incredibly impressed and grateful for the service we have received. Hazel Benson, Sarah Whittingham, Richard Godley and Rebecca Rylott have been incredibly huge supports in our business and we certainly could not have gotten through the transformation we've been through as a company without them. As a single HR leader across various jurisdictions, having Peninsula on hand for UK support has been very valuable and certainly allowed me to feel comfortable with all decisions being made across the business. They have been my team where I don't have one internally and at this stage of the business, I would not be able to provide adequate services to the company without them.”

“On speaking with all members of staff at Peninsula especially Nicola Strawbridge and Karen Wilson they always go over and above to help me and with something that I find extremely difficult to get my head around that make sure that I do not hang up the phone until I am 100% happy. I am always made to feel comfortable and always given 100% of their time.”

“I received the first on-boarding call to have a basic understanding of the services and to book further and more tailored meetings to discuss HR and H&S aspects. I also received the login details to the Health App included in the subscription (it looks like an interesting benefit for the employees). Overall the customer experience is very professional and the on-boarding process looks logical.”

“Don't sign up to this not accepted by bigger companies tried to cancel they won't, just keep charging for a service you don't use, don't waste your money there are better services to work with for health and safety that dont crash you out and have to start all over again and then told they don't accept them”

“Thomas Edgar came to do our initial Health and Safety review. He was friendly and knowledgeable . I was feeling a little bit overwhelmed with what the expectations might be but Thomas soon reassured us. To quote him. 'This is only the start of your health and safety journey with us' He sent over a to do list with in days that included lots of helpful links. Thank you”
