“Einaas Farooky - was extremely helpful when I called to get advise on completing Risk Assessment Tasks. With Einaas's support, I am now able to revisit and complete this task safe in the knowlede that should I have any other queries I can contact the support team. I have now saved her name as a go to contact for H&S Bright Hr queries. Thanks again.”

“Certainly enjoyed our first meeting today with Isobel Ford Client experience account Manager, giving clear and very professional instructions, guidance through the information presented for us and a friendly attitude towards ourselves as a first time customer. “I contacted peninsula about a case in my surgery that ended up with gross misconduct hearing. Lisa Rhodes was most helpful and as I told her almost became my counsellor through this trying time. She talked me through the entire case sent emails and even when it ended was still able to give follow up information that I have found useful. I would highly recommend the service as it feels like having an expert walk with you through a road you may have never travelled before.”

“I had a really pleasant experience working with Employment Law Consultant Razan Abu-Hashish from Peninsula. Razan really went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, including several phone conversations to understand my employee annual leave problem, as well as taking the time out of her day to have a TEAMS meeting with me to review all the information that could not be explained over the phone and thoroughly advise me on how to resolve my issue, explaining what I needed to do, and why I needed to do it. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, should I encounter another employment law issue.”
