Unfortunately, I ordered the same size that I always order, but they have moved the strapping points in by an inch on all sides, which means it no longer fits. I have no idea why they’ve done this.

Delivery was quick but processing returns is very poor, I have been waiting 2 weeks waiting to return two items, waiting for perfectfit to agree and give instructions

The front piece is too big although I have the right girth measurements

Thank you for your feedback, Katherine. We're sorry to hear that the front section of your harness is too large. We can certainly exchange this for you. Keep everything that you have for the moment. We can send you out some alternative pieces to try, free of charge. We just ask that you send us back any unwanted items once you are happy with the fit. In the meantime, please do not use the harness as the pieces need to be in resalable condition to be exchanged. Sorry to say, although Perfect Fit harness was recommended by Puppy School and buying the whole system was expensive, my dog would not entertain wearing it all. She was able to get out of the harness even though it was fitted correctly as per instructions. We have had to go back to the cheaper harness we had originally purchased.

I ordered a spare peice for under the belly as the previous clip snapped and would no longer connect. Unfortunately the clips seem smaller size and although they do connect into the larger clip peice of the other part of the harness, they aren't a perfect fit! I have to fiddle with it and pull it to test if it has clipped in, it has come loose a few times now. As a result of this I don't feel confident putting my dog in it for walks so I've bought a different harness. Quite disappointed.

HI Michelle, we are so sorry to hear this. It sounds like you might be using pieces from both the 15mm and 20mm ranges, which are not safely compatible with each other. I bought the size which was recommended but my dog is still pulling like a steam train and the harness has made no difference to that. Maybe I’m using it wrong or need a different lead.

Thank you for getting in touch, Sarah. Although the design of the harness has the dog's comfort and safety as it's focus, which is often sufficient to encourage the dog not to pull as there are no more choking sensations around the throat or sharp edges rubbing against its skin, it is not an anti-pull harness as such. However, the front piece of the harness comes with an extra D-ring for more steering control, a helpful tool to use alongside positive reinforcement loose-lead training.

Two days after receiving the harness we went on holiday and on the first day a clip broke. It is still just usable but I intend to return when our holiday is over.

The harness is lovely and soft and comfortable however the front Y piece has torn already. For such an expensive harness I would have expected it to last a lot longer.
