“We have been using the PerfectFit harness for around 4 months now and it’s great! It’s extremely durable, fits perfectly and is easily adjustable. If we ever need a new harness I will repurchase again.”

“I have a weird shaped dog! I sent them a photo of him and a harness was recommended. When the harness came, part of it didn't fit correctly, so I sent photos again and they sent out a few alternatives free of charge, I just sent back the bits that didn't fit! My dog is a lot more confident in his new harness, I think the old one wasn't as comfortable. Big help!”

“Super helpful service, great product. We have a mixed breed rescue who is the weirdest size you can imagine - half big breeds labrador & golden retriever then half small breeds bichon frise & cavalier spaniel. So normal harnesses just weren't sitting right on him, so we were recommended Perfect Fit by a trainer at Dog's Trust. Love that you can mix and match different size parts. Our dog also isn't a fan of harnesses, so it's always a plus when it's one that doesn't need to slip over their head. Would be incredible if they were able to create a version that is slightly more of a quick drying material so it doesn't get quite as soaked through by the rain/when washing but I understand the plush fabric is what makes it comfy for the dog.”

“Outstanding customer service. After incorrectly ordering the wrong fit replacement harness, I reluctantly used the online live chat service for help. I now realise that I should have used this service straight away without any hesitation and would encourage anyone to do this. The assistant was most helpful and guided me, step by step to make sure my furry friend got her “perfect fit” The conclusion was that all I needed to do was to correctly adjust the original harness rather than purchase a new one and they issued me a refund for my wrong order. 10/10 for putting the furry customer at the forefront and for being really kind to the humans too!”
