Harness arrived. They said email them if it was not a perfect fit to get the correct pieces delivered. I have not received a reply or phone call of any sort. Or the pieces I need. Sadly returning due to poor customer service.

I know that your harnesses are wonderful, which is why I was so happy to win one in a charity raffle in July. Since emailing and sending my and my dog's details, I've heard nothing. I've called on numerous occasions, and each time I've been told that there's no one from that department who was available, but someone would call me back. No one has called. I donated to the same raffle, and honoured my donation. It's incredibly disappointing that a company of your reputation doesn't do the same.

We are so sorry to hear this, Mark! It certainly sounds as if something has gone wrong as this is most unusual. We pride ourselves in quick response times and outstanding customer service. Thank you for your feedback, Kelvin. I have just had a look for you Royal Mail say that they delivered it at 11.59am on 31st October. Would it be possible to double check in any 'safe places' and with neighbours who may have taken it in for you? Couldn’t get a harness to fit my dog despite trying different attachments, so a complete waste of time and delivery charge.

I purchased from you 3 years ago when you sold 2 separate pieces. I purchased size 1 for her back and size 4 for the chest. Fit perfect. I ordered size xxs, it is huge! My dog weighs 4 1/2 pounds! Totally dissatisfied

Not a perfect fit as advertised. It’s not tailored to your dog, it’s a generic size they hope fits your dog perfectly. False advertisement!.. Disappointed to say the least.

The PerfectFit Harness is made up of three separate sections, all of which come in multiple difference sizes. This means that we can mix and match the different pieces to find the best combination for your pup. We can send you some alternative pieces to try, free of charge so that you can try them with the pieces that you already have. I've tried almost every harness out there at this point and some are better than others. The Perfect Fit harness is not that great and I cannot recommend it. The straps loosen too much just from one 20 minute walk, they just don't stay in place. The angle of the straps around the neck and shoulders is just awkward and buckles on the top area where. The angle of rear straps and where they clip onto to top of the harness just doensn't seem like a good design. It's needs an extension around the body in order for that angle of the attachment points to work and for the harness to stay in place around the body. The D-ring on the top is in the worst place--towards the front part so when you walk alongside your dog the leash pulls on the harness and it rotates to the side so it never stays in place. I gave this a one star because this is actually the worst harness of this type that I've tried. For reference, my dog is 64lbs and 3 yrs old. There are better and lower costing harnesses on the market.

We are just wondering if there might be an explanation for the problems that you are experiencing as it is most unusual for the straps to loosen and the fit to as awkward as you describe. Our first thought is that it might not be on your pup quite right as the D-ring on the top piece should be at the tail end and not sitting towards the front and the harness should not twist. Another training bag not up to the job; it’s coming apart where the belt strap meets the bag and the belt strap doesn’t stay put. Disappointed to say the least

I only have half a harness. The top bit. Was this a mistake by Perfectfit or was I supposed for some inexplicable reason supposed to order the bottom half separately?

Thank you for your review, Paula. As the harness is made up of three individual sections, we sell them in both 'bundles' of all three sections together or individually so that customers can upgrade singular sections of the harness as and when they need them. This is especially useful for puppies as they grow as it avoids having to replace the entire thing straight away. We will be in touch directly to advise on which other sections you require.

Good fit around the girth but was way too big around the chest/neck. Also the quality did not merit the cost paid.

Rubbed my dog under arm pit area badly even after adjusting multiple times. Followed measurement instructions. Contacted the team who responded then ignored further messages

I ordered 2 harnesses size M. They did not fit my dogs so I sent them back for an exchange and waited 3 weeks heard nothing so I chased them up and they said they hadn’t received them. I found the tracking details which they had signed for them. I got told they were still in the returns process so in the end I just asked for a refund. I was told my refund had been processed and would take 2 days. I’ve waited over a week and still no refund. I would not order from this company.

I have had to give this only one star and it’s not a reflection of the harness which appears to be well made and comfortable, it’s on the service which has meant I have been unable to use this since it arrived 2 weeks ago. I contacted perfect fit via the email provided for advice and despite chasing it up with 2 further emails have not yet received a reply. This is very disappointing as I chose perfect fit on the recommendation of my local dog behaviourist. He was impressed with the harness and the service. He is also very disappointed in the poor service I received and will not be recommending perfect fit going forward. It would be appreciated if my emails could be looked at and replied to asap.
