“Hi lovely bracelet but I put in the comments that I wished to have the inside of the bracket engraved too at any additional costs. I received no email and when I received the item this hadn’t been done. I would have rather an email saying it wasn’t possible.”

Ever so sorry, I believe Susan emailed you to state that it couldn't be done, as this was not an option available onsite, and only a question asked in customer comments, we did not want to hold up dispatch of the item, waiting for a reply.
