“There seemed to be a delay in delivery which we were not made off, but once this was clarified the goods arrived the next day. Very good quality. Delighted”

“Lovely bracelet . But disappointed In delivery . Only wanted standard but a week after ordering it still hadn’t been dispatched . Emailed and got quite a curt reply . But would use again though probably pay for quick delivery next time”

“The bracelet came out perfect and at a very good standard of quality. However, the delivery experience could have been better. Whilst it my order didn’t come too much later than what was expected, I was unable to track it and it didn’t come on the 17th September as it said on the website.”

“Really beautiful quality bracelet. I can’t wait to gift this to my partner for our anniversary. So much to choose from on the website aswell which is a bonus and excellent customer service. Only thing I would say is that the box the bracelet came in was scuffed, although not majorly.”

“Lovely jewellery, is listed as a boys piece though and I have purchased one before (direct from supplier) that came with the girls box etc so disapointed this one was listed as a boys bracelet when the manufacturer didn’t sell it like this previously. Did take a while to come too”

“The necklace is good but they did not send me the funnel to put the ashes in and when I try and buy it its always out stock so at moment its pretty useless in the box”

“We would have given them 5 star but we were surprised to find out that they did not have resizing service and could not produce the baby bracelet in our required size either. Otherwise the item is good quality and nice design and also the engraving is beautifully done.”

“I have received the personalised locket I made for my sister, the chain is good, I was expecting the locket to be bigger, probably won't be able to get a photo in there like I hoped, but that's my mistake for not checking. Engraving was of good quality.”

“I was dubious about purchasing online at first as I know things don't always come as good as in the photos however was very happy with the purchase and the box it came inside and was a lovely gift to give to my friend. Only down fall is there was a slight error on the pendant however it still looked nice.”
