“Order process is easy final product is lovely and it's great value for money only issue that I feel needs to be addressed is getting in contact with company as I wished to change wording on engraving but unfortunately was unable to do this as was unable to speak to anyone in regards to this when I tried to phone company it is because of this issue that I cannot get the company a five star rating”

“A lovely item, i brought it for a gift, and I know they will adore it, if I had to be picky, the only thing I would say was it’s a shame the chain itself wasn’t a little finer, as its quite clunky. Didn’t look like that I’m the picture. Great price for a nice gift. :-)”

“Waited ages for delivery, no email to say when dispatched had to ring up a million times. When order was dispatched it come and its lovely absolutely beautiful pendant! Would order again from here, just the delivery times is a bit off putting x”

“I received the heart charm and chain just over a week ago. This was a Christmas present from my 3 year old grandson for his Mummy. The chain is dainty and goes very well with the heart pendant, I was however a bit disappointed with the ring holding the pendant to the chain as it is overly large.”

“The locket I bought is lovely and seems to be of good quality. It did however take a long time to arrive, I ordered on the 24th of November and it didn't arrive until 5th December. I'm not sure the website should state next day delivery when it takes this long.”
