“Very fast delivery. Good service. Didnt come in what i consider a gift box. Normal box as such so little disappointed as looked cheap due to packaging. No literature ie marketing or business card as would recommend”

“I ordered a silver ID bracelet which I wanted engraved . The chain link part of the bracelet was a little out of the ordinary and I hadn’t seen it else where .I was delighted with the product when I eventually received it . It was exactly the weight(not too heavy not too light ) quality and design I wanted ,however There was a delay in dispatching my order which was not explained until I contacted the company hence the 4* but I would order again .”

“What I ordered was lovely and my sister was thrilled with it. But I must add that before purchase I didn't know how thick the necklace was upon delivery I was a bit disappointed by thickness but all in all a very good purchase. Thank you. Mr Jamie bransgrove. I will buy again.”

“The necklace I ordered is beautiful and great engraving, however it was a little thinner than looked in the picture on the website I am still pleased with my purchase though. As I hadn’t received my order after 8 days I emailed to ask when my item should be delivered of which I had a very quick response apologising for the delay and received my item 2 days later.”
