Repoted them to Hertfordshire Citizens Advice and trading Standards.They should be blocked from trading Lost my money to them and get no replies from their Query form or phone & email. They are criminals.DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE!

Don’t reply to emails, answer the phone but take your money and don’t deliver,avoid this company if you want decent service.

I ordered Topspec senior balancer at a cheaper price than I could get anywhere else. My emails were answered the next day and despite being told there may be a delay, my order was received within 7 days. I would highly recommend Pet Spectrum for price and service and will definitely be using them again.

My review us much the same as alot of other dissatisfied customers. Ordered horse supplements on 20th October and apart from a confirmation email I received no further communication about when to expect delivery. Emailed them, no reply, tried phoning, no answer, used their "contact us" form to cancel order and get a refund and also reported to PayPal. Miraculously i then got an email saying sorry for the delay, order despatched and if i didn't want goods, refuse to accept delivery. Order delivered today and as I use this product alot, I decided to keep it but will NEVER use this company again

have ordered from these for a few years now. Just made another purchase but have not received the dog food, order status says picked even though its been 5 days. Have paid using my debit card so I don't expect any money back :(

Ordered urinary cat food at a good price on 17th October and it was delivered today (28 October) possibly due to driver shortages. After reading the negative feedback I was worried but I am happy with my order.

Ordered bag of cat biscuits. Never arrived. Make sure you pay with PayPal. Seller said order lost in transit. I have now received a full refund with the help of pay Pal. Definitely won’t be ordering anything else from them!

Don't use this company email said item despatched, never turned up, emailed twice no reply, telephoned 11 times no one picks up. Absolutely useless.

Having been a loyal customer for a number of years I have been extremely disappointed with recent customer service and will not use again. On my last 2 orders I was charged for items I did not receive, no answer on the telephone number provided. I did initially get a response to my email query, but no response after I provided the information requested and I have not been refunded for the missing items. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option, 1 star is too generous. Huge shame as I have been ordering from this company for years. Taking my custom elsewhere.

This storey seems to b the same as everyone else’s! Ordered dog food and it never came. Emailed but, guess what, no reply! Emailed again, same thing. Reported it to PayPal and they refunded me straight away! But strangely, I then got an email from Pet Spectrum Group saying ‘Apologies, out of stock, will refund’ well, I’ll believe that when I c it lol! Y don’t they just admit it if they’re struggling and stop conning innocent people. They’re ruined now anyway, judging by all the reviews I’ve read! But at the end of it, I have admit, it’s my stupid fault for not reading the reviews first!!

Ordered a grazing muzzle, 2 weeks later no muzzle. Emailed for updates, no reply, opened a case with PayPal as purchased elsewhere-4 days later I get an email saying my item is ready for dispatch, call them to cancel & ask to reply to PayPal case but no answer, emailed twice to request same thing-no reply! Awful customer service. I appreciate things are different right now but I won’t be using them again, all it takes is a reply to customers before they take £75 outlining possible delays. Guessing I’ll have to send the item back when it arrives and wait even longer for a refund! Just wish I’d of read the reviews first! Avoid!

Worst customer service, quick enough to take almost £57.00 from my bank account but still waiting on my order, no chance of speaking to anyone as no one answers their telephone, avoid like the plaque, I'd never use them again.

Absolutely awful I ordered £114.94 worth of items on 28/7/21 and no correspondence items not even arrived. Unable to get through does someone have email address or contact number?

Items ordered on Sunday, other than confirmation of the order, received nothing else by Wednesday. After I read the reviews about the company, I took the case to the PayPal resolution centre, meantime email detailing the action taken against them sent and before receiving any email "item dispatched" I cancelled the order. This is where everything started to go into the high gear. After 10min. Email displaying "your item dispatched" popped up. After 1 hour, second email "Yodel will deliver the item" Next day item delivered. Point is after all the negative reviews, headache was avoided by taking contra action agaist the company, it seems done the trick. Would you like to take a gable for few Pounds? I don't think I will do it. But benefit of the doubt still company's fast action deserves 5 stars.

If I could give no stars I would. Received an email to acknowledge my order and payment............ then nothing else. I emailed them and they replied a few days later saying they would "look into it," and then nothing. Fortunately I paid for the riding hat with Paypal and opened a dispute to which they didn't reply. Paypal found in my favour and are refunding my money. Utterly hopeless business and I wish I'd seen the other bad reviews before I wasted my time with this awful company. Buyer beware!

Placed order over a week ago the nexy day i recieved and email saying goods were packed with a hermes tracking number. Hermes have been expecting it the last week. Contacted via the website, contacted via email mo reply. Phones are turned off due to covid yet all other companies have returned back to normal. Just called via the number in a review below they took all my details and said theyd contact time for paws for me. Doubt i'll hear much. Don't nt waste your time and order from them you probably wont get it. Really disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what they would get can’t get a reply from emails phoned COVID restrictions etc going too try too get refund from PayPal don’t waste your time with this company customer service is abysmal !!!!
