“Exceptionally good service. I had a problem with my initial order (faulty goods - wasn't a fault of the shop at all). This was dealt with immediately, without complaint and with lots of personal service. Highly recommend.”

“My daughter absolutely loves her Gotz doll and I am really impressed with the quality and detail to the doll, clothes and accessories. Ordering was easy, with the clothes and accessories sorted by doll size. Delivery was prompt and nicely packaged. Overall very impressed and one very happy little girl.”

“This was my first order with Petalina but definitely won't be the last. I had excellent service - Cate even emailed me to make absolutely sure I was aware that the doll I was ordering had a slightly damaged box, even though she had clearly stated this in the description. I was notified when the doll was going to arrive and she was very securely packaged.”
