“I ordered the reversible floral dress and the purple floral outfit for my granddaughters. Both items are beautifully made and very good quality. The reversible dress is particularly lovely. They were nicely packed and arrived swiftly.”

“I find your web site very user friendly. All of the dolls that I have ordered from you are beautiful. Excellent quality. I wish that we had a store of your quality and doll selection here in the U.S.A. It takes a while for my items to arrive but, it is well worth the wait. Thank you very much!”

“I bought a washable, soft-bodied Gotz muffin baby doll 33 cms, a stroller and some clothes and shoes. I am happy with the items, the purchasing process and the delivery, but what I am absolutely over the moon about is the very conscientious customer service. I originally intended to buy a different doll, but decided to ask a few questions first. I left an answerphone message and was amazed to be called , quite late, by Cate. I explained my mission:- first doll for a rumbustious 20 month old. she steered me away from the doll that I was going to buy and towards the hardy Gotz Muffin. I'm so very pleased that I had that advice and can't wait until my Granddaughters birthday! Cate is a gifted entrepreneur who has built an excellent customer service team around her. They work so hard that they deserve their good reputation and their success. from henceforth, Petalina will be my premier source for all things 'dolly'. Many, many thanks!”

“I live in the middle east and have two granddaughters who lived in Italy and now live in London. I have bought them each a doll and send them clothes for their dolls for birthday and Christmas. The selection is wonderful and the service could not be better. Thank you Petalina!”

“I ordered 2 dolls and both were beautiful and just as described and looked on the web site. Delivery was great as usual being delivered very soon after ordering and no problems with delivery. The dolls came packaged really well. I love buying the beautiful dolls from Petalina.”

“We love Petalina Ltd! There really is so much choice to suit children of all ages. Our daughter loves looking at the dolls and accessories on the Petalina website. “Cate was very professional and very helpful with writing to me and keeping me up to date with everything to do with my orders. While there was a glitch with my last order being out of stock, I received a few very lovely and caring emails. I'm in Australia & it's great to be able to find such a range of beautiful European dolls. Many are not available here.”

“My daughter was delighted with her doll and horse. The website was clear and easy to browse. Your delivery cost were easy to calculate on the website for areas outside uk mainland. It was carefully packaged and couldn't fault your service or the product.”

We are always looking to get best value for using couriers to the Islands but it is very hard with the high costs of transportation to these areas.
