“I live in the United States and was a little leery of purchasing dolls from out of the country. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Throughout the process I was kept informed of what was occurring. The only thing I had an issue with was the tracking function. I never was sure where my package was once it arrived stateside. But, it arrived and the dolls were in perfect shape. Just love the Gotz Happy Kidz dolls. Thank you Petalina.”

Many thanks for your review and for choosing Petalina. You were actually one of our first customers to use our new international courier we are currently trialling and as is typical there were teething issues with the tracking in the US for these early parcels. So apologies for that but we are pleased at the speed and safe delivery of the parcels so far. Happy Kidz are indeed fabulous dolls, we hope you enjoy them. Kind regards Cate

“The Petalina website is a dream!!! I cruise frequently, it is just lovely and easy to navigate. Questions are quickly answered, Cate is extremely knowledgeable and simply a doll herself!!! “The customer service at Petalina was exceptional. I had a question before making my first purchase and Cate herself replied promptly to my inquiry, reserved the doll for me (it was the last one they had) before I even made my payment. I felt I was given exceptional personalized customer service. I was kept updated with the super fast shipping to the US. The doll prices are super competitive and for European dolls especially, you can't beat Petalina's prices even with shipping costs. I will be a repeat customer for sure!! I loved my Sylvia Natterer doll Smilla!! She came well packaged and protected to my door with a signature requirement for delivery. Thanks Cate and team!!”

“Received the Hannah Doll today in Texas, on time and very well packaged. Am delighted with the purchase, the doll is beautiful. Customer service is excellent. “After a great deal of sleuthing, I ordered a Petalina doll for my 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas 2016. Ordering and receiving of the doll were painless which is great especially with having to send her to Canada, and the doll itself exceeded my expectations greatly. Her face, arms and hands are pleasantly smooth and not real hard and her body is very cuddly. Her hair is AMAZING!!! (our very favorite feature) and her skin tone colouring is lovely too. Her clothes are also well made. She is absolutely beautiful overall. My granddaughter is in love with her. Definitely worth the money, Will definitely purchase more dolls from Petalina. Thank you Petalina for your great service.”
