“While I love the the fact that I can get my pack's flea & tick treatment, adding the heartworm protection has been nothing but a pain. Of my two dogs, only one was approved by my vet. I've contacted my vet and customer service with Pet Friendly and customer service with both has been abysmal. No response from the vet, form letters & faqs from Pet Friendly that don't answer or help. It has been such a trial, I'm thinking it's not worth it. I have a month back up, but once gone, I will switch back to my old subscription instead of Pet Friendly. There seems to be no troubleshooting steps to address or resolve this issue. It's such a shame because I've been so happy with Pet Friendly for the last two years service otherwise.”

“The flea product does not work. Fleas on my dogs. I bath them first. No fleas. After they fry I put on medicine and in a few day covered in fleas again. They are inside dogs. The stuff is not recommended for any animals. Does not work.”

“Was good initially until I added my other dog. I can not get her flea medication till next month so, I guess I'll always have an extra month or I'll have to split it between them there is not a lot of options or ways to contact.”

I also love the convenience of not just having them arrive at the door but when I’m moving or going on vacation i can pause the service and not get charged. I love PetFriendly.”

“Your site was easily a 5 until the inclusion of Brilliant Dental Care. This product melted in the container in transit. By the time I got it, most of the product was accumulated in the lid, some down the side (regardless of the protective plastic sheet over the top), and, after cleaning up the mess, there was no product advanced by clicking the base of the container. I was dismayed that there was no way to speak directly with a representative about product failure.”
