Hi, The wrong account details were supplied and this has been communicated to you. We have resent payment before getting the previous payment back as it has been sent to another persons account that you supplied. Your emails did not suggest this frustration and I am disappointed as we have sent two payment at this current time. Regards, Phone Convert

“No payment received for my iPhone 7 after more than 3 weeks after it was sent. They apparently completed the payment over 10 days ago as I received an email confirming this but no money has entered my account since. I have double checked my bank details and everything is correct so they have blatantly withheld the payment and lied.”

“Do not trade your phone through this company, it is a scam. They have received my phone for over a week, no money has been sent, the number rings out and they do not respond to emails. Do not risk sending your phone over.”

“Hi, the price you get is good, however, don’t be surprised if you don’t hear back if trying to contact with any questions. You will get an email telling you the phone has been received which is a saving grace. From selling your phone to being paid, give it 2 weeks.”
