“Review revised from 1 to 3 stars: Took a long time for them to process my phone and to respond to enquiries. Problems were eventually dealt with and money received. I would give two stars if they didn't offer higher buying prices than other companies.”

“They told me they received my phone two days ago advised me they would complete my order yesterday which didn't happen then again today when they shut in half an hour I don't feel optimistic that they will, the phone number on the email goes to a voicemail everytime and my emails get an auto response saying there moving office, wouldn't mind if they are fair enough but why tell me on two separate days my order would be complete and it not be. Starting to get frustrated now just want paying out the phone was new with no scratches and worked perfectly so shouldn't take long to check, I'll amend to an average rating I believe if I didn't chase myself via massager it still wouldn't be resolved. But as I was paid ive moved to average”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Complete cowboys! They took my phone and sent no payment. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They do not respond to my emails or phone calls. I have now had an issue with them for over 8 weeks and still no resolution. I have sent them all the evidence required and they still refuse to acknowledge my complaint. Numerous reviews left here have been deleted by them. Damon Mulready their managing director is the biggest waste of time.”

Dear Saima, We sent you evidence that payment was sent to your account and no payment bounced. We have advised you to contact your bank and we are more than happy to speak to them. You have not sent any evidence that you have not received payment, we have sent you a number of emails which you have not responded to with any help but just constant insults. Regards, Phone Convert

“Admittedly efficient at picking up and returning my phone with clear communication. I however sent in a phone in near perfect condition, as good a condition as a 2nd hand phone could realistically be in. They adjusted their offer by reducing it by £50 citing a fault that I dispute is even there, let alone noticeable. Waste of time”

Dear James, Your device has an LCD burn which causes the previous screen to remain faded in the background and this can get worse. We offered to send photos and explained this is unfortunately a very common fault with the Samsung Galaxy S6. If you were to send it else where you would have lost a significant more than the amount with offered. Hope you understand and the device was return free of charge the same day you rejected the quote. Regards, Phone Convert

“Initially wrote a poor review. Upon seeing this, the MD quickly contacted me and the issue was rectified. (Misspelling of email as dress with PayPal payment). Be aware the contact number on their website is not in use - they communicate through live messenger.”
