“My 16 year old daughter saved up and purchased a phone from this company for £245 but it was glitchy so we sent it back for repair. After a lot of email tooing and froing they said it was still faulty so would do a refund. They said they had processed the refund 10 days ago now but no money has arrived, no refund note from paypal or ebay so that must have been another lie. Customer service is extremely poor and seems mostly to consist of a lot of BS. C'mon guys, you can do better than ripping off my teenage daughter, surely???”

“Hello Everyone, After reading all the reviews i was a bit worried, But since phone convert gave me a price of £23.00 compare to £9.00 elsewhere for my nokia lumia. I took the gamble..... No problem what so ever i asked for a cheque and recived the cheque days later would shop again.”

“Very disappointed! I sent a phone in perfect working order the only problem with it was some wear and tear, the plastic for the on button had fallen off but was fully functional when pressed. I had charged it and reset the phone to delete my photos and contacts before sending it off. I would of completely understood if they had decreased the amount slightly as to replace the button; however, they claimed the product to be faulty with no further details on what was faulty about it and reduced the offer by £54, like i had given in a phone that didn't work. I'm extremely surprised that a replaceable plastic button is worth £54, considering I found a replacement button for £1.95 on Ebay. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. The extra star is simply because they provided paid for packaging to send it off initially. They offer to return the phone at a cost. I'm still waiting for their response to inform me what is faulty and maybe I can share the link for the £1.95 button with them because their suppliers are clearly charging an arm and a leg for a tiny bit of plastic. I'm hoping that they can still redeem themselves when they finally get in contact. I'll be back to update.”

Dear Charlene, We have received your negative feedback but I do not understand, as you do not need to accept the quote and we will return the device free of charge. This means you do not lose out in anyway and sell the phone again if you wish. We do not buy parts from ebay as these are genuine items and will eventually full out, and we did replace the power button to test and there are further faults with the button. So please before the negative feedback please let us explain the situation and we will help in ever way we can, you have not contacted us to state your opinion on the matter. You have not let us not if you reject or accept the quote we have had no contact. Regards,

“After looking around they were by far the best rate for my Note 4. Reviews were mainly positive, and the negative reviews the company answered directly to most, so gave them a chance. After registering on their website they sent a pre-paid envelope which arrived the next day to send the phone in, a few days later after testing my phone, they paid the full amount into my bank account. Would happily use them again.”

Hi, As we have previous stated the delivery has been attempted twice and you need to contact Royal Mail to arrange delivery. The reason your device has been returned in the first place is due to it not being reset and locked to your iCloud account. WE asked and explained how this can be removed with no success then we sent it back free of charge. Kind regards, Phone Convert
