“Took longer than expected but I got what they quoted and was in my bank the next day. I made the order on Monday, received the bag on the Wednesday, sent Thursday, got an email on the Monday to say they'd received it. Got an email Thursday to say they were transferring the money, was in my bank Friday. I did email the see if they had received it on the Monday before I got the email, didn't get a reply until Wednesday to say it didn't seem to be on schedule and he would look into it. So it was slower than expected but it was definitely worth the wait as they paid more than anyone else was offering.”

“I have waited over a month, despite numerous attempts to contact the company. An eventual communication from them says the device is locked, despite my doing a hard factory reset prior to boxing the device in its original Packaging! I now have no phone and no money. Disgusting”

Dear Gavin, We have received your negative feedback and we have provided you with a photo and details of the device being locked. First you said the email was not linked to you and then after time found out its your sons email that has locked the device, we have waited for the reply previously with no response and then we have responded immediately when you contacted us. You have left this feedback after confirming that it is locked so this is very confusing and inappropriate. Regards, Phone Convert

Hi, Firstly you were contacted regarding the Samsung S6 you sent being locked via Google. This means the handset cannot be reset not even hard reset without the password. We provided the information and a photo and you constantly said the email was not associated to you and you have never seen it. Then after a week of us contacting google and yourself you then decided it was your sons account. You then could not reset it as your son was away and you did not know the password, so we offered to send it back free of charge with a prepaid bag included for return which you said was a great service. 10 minutes after that response you left this feedback. Hi, Your payment was sent on the 8th the day you accepted the quote. The quote was due to the microphone not working on your Nokia Lumia 930 which is a very common fault and cannot be repaired. We offer free return which you did not accept and the only emails received were today on bank holiday when we are not in the office. If you return payment I am happy to return the device. “A couple of initial setbacks but a swift resolution from Damon kept us regularly updated and orders paid within a couple of days as promised, minus a small reasonable reduction for screen scratches. In future it would be beneficial to have a working phone number and emails to the generic address answered but glad everything worked out in the end anyway.”

“Misleading on here my old review put in front of my new review update, just to clarify today 5th April 2017 I have still not received the money for my phone from Phone Convert which they had on the 24th March and which I was told by the owner of this company on the 30th March it would be paid on the 31st, The owner does not respond to emails and the contact number doesn't work as I have stated in my review today this was confirmed by the owner of this company in an email to me on the 30th March do not use this company my situation hasn`t changed I have received no payment from Phone Convert like the other review on this site today from Eve Parrington”
