“Update on my last review, still no money received from this company was told by the owner Damon he would resend it last Friday. I have emailed him yesterday and the info email address yesterday no response. It seems when u put a bad review on here he responds so hope he responds to this. Never use this company stick to Mazuma in future they at least give u your money. Final note the phone number given on the website doesn't work Damon told me that so don't bother calling it , to sum up this has been a lesson learned recycling companies who offer u the most are always the worst at giving you the cash avoid this company.”

“Made account 2pm Wednesday. Pack received and posted back Thursday. All confirmed OK on Friday. Money in my account Saturday. What can I say.......... Absolutely flawless. I would have no hesitation in using this company........... They do what they say. Thanks PhoneConvert.”

“Worst company. DO NOT sell your phone to them! First took off £40 off the quote for no reason, then did not pay me for 2 months claiming they had emailed me when they hadn't. Complete crooks.”

Hi, First you sent a phone in that the screen and been removed and not fitted correctly, you then provided the incorrect details and never replied to emails to confirm them. Then once you contacted us your demanded more money due to not being paid even though you provided the wrong details an never responded. You then threatened the company if you did not get more money you would go to the press and leave negative feedback on every site. We have tried to help you but you would not talk to us to resolve this. Regards, Phone Convert

“Phone offer was lowered as expected due to some slight water damage. Offer accepted but am yet to receive payment almost a week after replying. Really not happy.”

“Excellent company from start to finish. Gave us a price, sent us pre-paid packaging and then let us know the phone had arrived and was being tested. Two days later confirmation that payment had been sent. Cannot fault that.”

“Terrible company, finally got my phone back after 5 weeks today, their engineers obviously don't know what they are doing, saying the phone was locked to my iCloud account when it wasn't, immediately put a random sim in the phone and it works perfectly, just don't think they wanted to pay the money that was offered to me on the website.Would advise people to avoid the company at all costs.”

We received your handset locked to your iCloud account and asked you to remove it on a number occasions with no success, we sent you photos of the lock screen to confirm. We cannot access or reset an iPhone that is still linked to your account we state this in the letter we send. We sent the handset back free of charge even though this is something out our control and other companies would charge for return postage. We never want to return phones as this is a cost to us both on postage to and from with our prepaid bags. We always want to resolve any issues but unfortunately this cannot always be achieved. “There was a delay in payment but the issue has been resolved now and payment has been received in full. I believe the delay was due to a bank issue. Once Damon got back to me I cannot fault the attention I got until it was resolved. Thank you.”

“Sent off my phone on Friday and got paid on Tuesday. The quoted price was the exact price paid. I had previously sent the same phone elsewhere and the other company offered a lower price stating it was scratched etc but no such bsck with phone convert. Super impressed and will use again.”

“Great price for my old phone, better than most other companies. Dealt with my query really quickly and efficiently, (many thanks for that). Posted the phone late Friday afternoon and money was in my Paypal account by Monday. Only slight quibble was that the packaging they sent to me was a bit flimsy, so I added some more protection. All in all, a great experience and would definitely use them again and highly recommend.”
