“Have had my phone for 4 weeks now and received an email saying 'Payment has been made' Having checked my bank account it was not there. Followed up by email and they stated the bank details on the form were not what was correct. This is false. They have the correct details, just don't want to pay it or have big problems with their systems. Haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks. Proceed with caution in using them or find an alternative.”

“Absolutely disgraceful!!! This is not a company, they are just thieves!! They have now had my 2 phones for 10 weeks and I have still not received payment for them after being told payment has been sent! I have also sent an email 4 weeks ago expressing my dismay in a resolution to this transaction and Phone Convert haven’t even had the decency to reply to my email?!?”

Dear Nathan, I have reviewed your order can see you were not provided with the best customer service and I apologize. One device was processed quickly but I can see there was an icloud issue with the second which delayed your order. This was not however communicated correctly and I am sorry for this.
