“PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW YOUR PHONE TILL MONEY RECEIVED - I had to Lock the phone to get my money through..... the packaging was great and arrived with the confirmation of offer very quickly, but the process has taken four weeks to complete. I think the intentions are there but poor administration. If your happy to keep calling and emailing then you can get it resolved. Think they are more popular than they realise and can’t keep up. But glad to say it is now resolved and money in the bank.”

Dear Deb, You sent your device into us and unfortunately it was still locked to your icloud account and we could not access it. Once this was removed we could then continue with the order and get this processed. This is standard practice when devices are locked as we cannot continue with the order as the phone is useless to us. We did email this to you but sorry you felt you needed to review in this way. “Do not use!! sent my phone nearly 5 weeks ago I’ve only had payment from them today and that was because I threatened them with trading standards, watchdog and the police for theft of my property. They don’t respond to emails disgusting customer service i will not be using them again. Disgraceful”

“Have had my phone for 4 weeks now and received an email saying 'Payment has been made' Having checked my bank account it was not there. Followed up by email and they stated the bank details on the form were not what was correct. This is false. They have the correct details, just don't want to pay it or have big problems with their systems. Haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks. Proceed with caution in using them or find an alternative.”

“Absolutely disgraceful!!! This is not a company, they are just thieves!! They have now had my 2 phones for 10 weeks and I have still not received payment for them after being told payment has been sent! I have also sent an email 4 weeks ago expressing my dismay in a resolution to this transaction and Phone Convert haven’t even had the decency to reply to my email?!?”

One device was processed quickly but I can see there was an icloud issue with the second which delayed your order. This was not however communicated correctly and I am sorry for this.
