Hi Michele, Thanks for getting in touch! I'm so sorry to hear that your phone has developed a fault and completely understand how frustrating this must be. We do have a great Tech Support Team that will be able to help if you're experiencing problems with your phone. What they will do is run some tests and diagnostics on your phone to try and resolve the issue. The contact number is 08448 712233, and they will be happy to help. You are also covered by your manufacturer warranty, which means you can get your phone sent off for a free of charge repair at our repair centre. I have located your account, so what I will do is send you an email so we can discuss this in a bit more detail. I look forward to speaking to you. Thanks, Sam.

I think I am being very over charged for my Samsung s4 as the week after I got it (a few months ago) all the upgrades came out for a lot less than what I am paying and the signal with Vodafone is sh*t considering it's ment to be 4g aswel so thanks for ripping me off !

Hi Ryan, Thanks for your post! I ma really sorry that you feel this way. I can confirm that all of our prices and contracts are subject to availability and change. I'm afraid that we won't know of new deals that are due to come out, and our Team will aim to offer you the best possible tariff at the time to suit your needs. Thanks, Sam.

When I dropped my phone and the screen broke i was a disheartened but a call to the phones 4 u care team put me at ease when they told me to take the phone to the retail outlet and it would be replaced. When I went to the phones 4 U shop every thing was dealt with by the assistant without any problems until I was told that the only samsung galaxy s4 that they had in store was a white one as this was the only colour that i didn't want i was told that they could order a different colour and i would be able to collect it from the store in 2 days. When I went to collect the phone 2 days later i was told it had not arrived , 2 days later it has still not arrived and have been told it wii be another 2 days before it gets to the store for me to collect. This is the second time this has happened to me the first time being when there was a manufacturer fault with the phone Come on phones 4 U

Very bad communications,we bought two IPhones with a Vodafone contract. One of the phones developed a faculty. We called you and an engineer spent time trying to clear the fault. This was not done and he gave us a replacement ref no. After 7days I called again and was told that I should have returned the phone to get a replacement, this was never explained.

sons iphone stop working after 3 months phones4 u say it damp and ask for £186 to replace then drop to £110. when asked for phone returned so i can send to apple instead gave us a used phone for free and said his phone cannot be returned as apple have it (LIE) as ive checked with apple itself. Will never use again as think they will try and sell on his phone at a big profit.

Hi Asma, Thanks for your feedback! I can see that you did place your order over the phone with us. By all means you can still visit your local store if you do need assistance with anything. However, if for any reason an exchange needs to be done on your account then this would be done via the phone/post. This is so we can make sure that your account is kept up to date and noted, and also due to the system it has been processed cannot be completed in store. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this does cause, but can assure you that if we did need to complete an exchange etc on your account it would be done as quickly as possible for you. Thank you for your feedback on this matter, I will pass this on to the relevant department so it can be considered in future. Thanks, Sam.

Renewed contract from Samsung s2 to a note 3 on orange. Took me 4 months of ringing orange to get the right contract I signed up for from phones 4 u/dial a phone. Attempted to get phones 4 u to sort out their mess bit told to go to orange instead. Going tesco mobile next time I think.

Hello Matthew, Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem with your contract when you received it. If it was a problem with the tariff and you weren't on the tariff that we agreed to at point of sale we ca help with this. We have a back office team that liaise with the networks closely and they would send across the relevant details needed to the network in order to get this fixed. Thank you for making us aware though as I will pass your comments on. Thanks, Sam.

Thanks to phones4U and their misselling me a contract with EE I am now £200 in debt. I asked for an early upgrade on my contract as I was in need of a new phone. I was offered the Samsung galaxy note 3 with a lower monthly payment and a new number, brilliant! Or so I thought. It turns out that this was a new contract and my old contract hadnt ceased and month by month my bill was adding up as it wasn't being paid and the only reason I found out was from having debt collectors letters through my door! I have called orange and there is nothing they can do as they say the fault is with phones4u as they are the ones who have messed me around and this is a common complaint from customers. Thanks a lot phones4u! This is the second time I have been missold something! (The first time I was sold a phone after being told it had certain specs that it didn't have) janinedianne@hotmail.co.uk

Hello Jessica, Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your phone and in particular when you're outside the house. I'm not sure if this is a fault with the phone or more of a signal problem, so there are a few things that you can try. If it is a problem with your signal then you will need to speak to EE and escalate this with them. They will be able to complete some in depth signal diagnostics to see if they can improve this - they may even have signal boxes that can help. If it is a fault with your phone then we have a great Tech Team that can help, and they will complete and run tests over the phone with you - their number is 08448 712233. If they are unable to resolve the issue and there is a fault then you are covered by your warranty for a free manufacturing repair at our repair centre. You can get your phone booked in for a repair at any one of our stores or you can call them directly on 08448 712269. Hope this helps. Kind Regards, Sam.

Very poor service received from all aspects of purchase, Set me up a new contract when I asked for a upgrade that I was due, told me you couldn't listen to the call but then could all of a sudden when my wife chased it up on my behalf, still have not got a working phone which your staff in store couldn't have been less helpful about. the deputy store manager at Gillingham branch must have seen me in the shop at least 6 times barley acknowledge me and every time looked and me like he just wanted me to go away, and to top it off apparently it is partly my Fault that I didn't notice Web match were setting me up a new contract when not once did they tell me this over the phone which was confirmed after you listened to the call . so overall I'm am disgusted at your service and in future will strongly put people off using P4U unless they want to feel under valued and like no one seems to care about customer service.

phone delivered on time, but transfer of number to new sim took some time, but assuming this is the networks issue and not phones4u or our updates from phones4u given a low priority?

Hi Michael, Thanks for leaving your comments. I've taken a look at your account for you and I can see that it was an Orange upgrade that you took out with us. There is a 4 day delay on the connection of your new Sim Card, this is an agreement that we have with Orange. It allows you time that way to make sure that the phone is delivered and also everything is transferred so it's not lost. You should find that your old Sim Card is still connected for you, and this should not disconnect until your new Sim Card is connected. Thanks for getting in touch with us. Thanks, Sam.

Not good value for money, much better deals can be found elsewhere

Hello Rebecca, Thanks for you comment. We do try and be competitive with what we offer and do look at what else is available in the market. A lot of our contracts/deals do come with free gift and we do run a lot of promotional offers, however, these are subject to availability and change. If you do see something elsewhere, then it is worth mentioning it to our Sales Team and they will try their best to match this for you. Thanks, Sam :)

Complete lack of knowledge and information. Not informed that current sim card would be obsolete within 2 hours of agreeing new contract leaving me without any way of communicating if leaving the house. New phone was to be delivered within 2 days, managed to book the day off only to get an email stating phone would be delivered next day!!!! (Boss about as happy as i was) 3 months in and got an email and a letter stating that the insurance i took out had not been put in there system due to an administration error and wasn't covered (even though my bank statements showed otherwise). 4 months in and after numerous calls regarding previous issue they have now changed the insurance claims policy., and after sifting through all the jargon basically they want me to pay a ridiculously large excess for any claim if i had to make one. (will now be cancelled by the end of this month) In short - Phones (never again) 4 me

After Phones4U telling me a deflated contract price over the phone, and me being completely shocked to see the true price on the contract notes, then refusing to release the phone call recording until after my legal right to cancel had expired, I would never recommend this company to anybody.
