“Staff was good, but a little slow to attend to you when in the shop. I had a query with my Galaxy S5 and they was a bit unsure (no surprised the phone had just come out ). Still they tried, but overall not bad.”

“Purchased phone online, initially a few problems with application was dealt with swiftly. E-mailed throughout and communicated well. Had to go instore in coleraine and again boys couldnt do enough to help me. I have purchased phones with phones 4 u for years and always had a good care.”

“I loved dealing with phones for you, 12 years I was with 02 for but thought I would try something different and there like a breath of fresh air. There customer service is second to non and they've never not been able to help either in store or online.”
