Terrible communication. Wrong order and no confirmation email sent, still took payment though!

my item still has not been delivered, which was ordered over a week ago. furthermore, I have not recieved a response from the email I sent 3 days ago. I will never use this site again.

Quick enough to take your money but. When ring up you get told sorrrrry that's not my department and still waiting email !!!

Hi Caroline, I am very sorry you have had an issue with the delivery service. I have looked into your order and can see that your order was despatched on 13th September (the day you placed the order) via 1st Class Royal Mail. As per Royal Mail, we are told to wait 7 working days before the item can be regarded as lost - as your order is at this point, I am keen for you to get in touch with us to see how we can resolve this issue. Hi Francis, I am extremely sorry about your issue. We can see on our system that the product was despatched quite some time ago but has still not reached you.
