“I have ordered wrist braces for my wife. The supplier was not able to re-stock, but Megan was very helpful to send two braces from their stock and refund the difference quickly. Her manner and empathy was excellent.”

“Slippery despite washing as instructed. Otherwise a quality longer than usual mat with good protection for joints. Yet to use at yoga studio but at home it's been good this far despite the slipperiness as stated.”

“Very quick service. Unfortunately photo of item on website not up to date so item had to be returned as "not as described", so half star off. Emails to customer services were ignored, so another half star off. Had to hope I was returning to correct address because of lack of advice. However payment was re-credited quickly - the only acknowledgement of the return - so only half star off. Looking at the how quick query below, I needed a box for Never. You do not seem to be communicating with yourselves!”

“I only ordered a Theraband but it arrived quickly and efficiently and has been in use ever since. The only gripe that I have is that the p&p was roughly twice the price of the product that I bought which was small and light and could easily have been sent by 1st class post for much less!”

“The site and process of ordering and receiving what I ordered were quick and efficient. I ordered a leg wound covering for use in the shower, and chose the largest one I could as I have used a similar cover before. However the opening was for me still too tight for comfort. Access was easy, but it made my leg throb after a few minutes. I couldn't resist the temptation to cut the access hole larger, successful at first, but then it split. Shame, as the quality of the product was good!”
