I was sent the wrong size. Emailed and was told the correct one would be sent that day. 11 days later still not received. I phoned customer services only to get a recorded message asking for my phone number to be called back. No call back received. Would not use this company again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Delivery company lied and never delivered item on specified day, despite claiming that they'd left a card to say they'd been. Georgina at Physiotherapy Store refused to refund my next day delivery charge as a delivery attempt had been made apparently . I was home all day with the injury I was hoping my order would help help remedy.

Customer placed order on Friday 18th January and selected DPD courier, they did not select or request Saturday delivery which DPD charge differently to Next Day Delivery. Delivery was attempted on Monday and was unsuccessful. Delivery 2nd attempt was made on Tuesday 22nd and signed for by the customer. DPD have this on their tracking system so was confirmed. As per the Terms and Conditions stated on our web-site, customer services can't refund delivery charges for an order received and delivered as per the service paid for. I didn't receive my order initially and after two phone calls and two promises I still didn't . I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

As communicated by our customer services team, we dispatched your order upon receipt and followed your call chasing non delivery with a replacement order. You would have also been offered a refund on this occasion. Our customer services team have refunded your order upon request and confirm this has been completed. Sorry you experienced problems with your order.

Really soft pillow. Almost too soft to sleep on. I was expecting an orthopaedic pillow rather than just a shape. Shame.

As per our terms and conditions, returns can not be approved if items are returned in a non-re saleable condition. Our customer services team have attempted to be very respectful in detailing the reasons why this product could not be approved. It was not only because the original packaging was missing. We have very strict product return conditions because of hygiene and quality standards guidelines we are required to adhere to from our suppliers and manufacturers. We are sorry you've been disappointed that we were unable to approve your return and refund. We can confirm your request was passed to management and they were unable to authorise.

HI. I have just received this product which was ordered on 17th Aug 2018. I have to tell you I am disappointed with your company. Firstly when I placed the order I did not receive a confirmation email that my order had been accepted. Neither did I receive any information on when I should expect its delivery. I tried several approaches to contact your company but kept drawing a blanc ....... being told the company did not exist or that the email address was unavailable and a whole host of other reasons.  I got my daughter to try to contact you and she came across the same problems. I tried to cancel my order but again failed.  Either your system may have a fault or your customer service needs revising. I am using the information on the invoice I have received to try again to contact you but I wont hold my breath for a response. I was beinging to think that your ad was a scam.  Surely it doesnt take much to send a confirmation email and updates on expected arrival of goods. Ordered a parcel for my injured boyfriend on 21/08/2018.. 2 weeks later no confirmation email, no dispatch email and no tracking information. On the 3rd week with still no sign of the parcel I had to email TWICE before anyone would answer me. I did get a full refund, and no parcel ever arrived so looks as if none was sent in the first place. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Did not receive order. Emailed to say I did not receive order have had no reply other than this. Buy your product at Lloyds pharmacy instead, is my advise.

We are sorry you didn't receive your original order. However, our customer services team did respond and I can confirm, looking at their notes, a replacement was shipped to you free of charge. We offer signed for and next day delivery options on all our orders, which can be selected when checking out.

Quality of the neck brace is appalling. Velcro tab came off the plastic backing on wearing for the first time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I did not receive item for over 5 weeks, had no contact from supplier. Had to start a complaints procedure through paypal before the item arrived. Very disappointing.

The collar- supposed to be shallow - was no smaller in depth than my normal sized one.i would have returned it except the postage was so high for such a light item- more than the price of the actual collar and as this would not have been refunded to me it would not have been beneficial to me to return it. Very disappointed.
