A replacement order was sent out free of charge after contacting our customer services to inform us of non receipt. We offer next day, signed for delivery, if you need to ensure your order arrives promptly. We are unable to guarantee delivery timescales when sent by standard postage options, especially during busy periods such as around Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

“I ordered a back support belt. The product is good quality but the sizing was smaller than it stated. I had to contact physiotherapy store regarding the delivery as the product wasn't received n time. We eventually got it after a few weeks following the first two "going missing" in the post. This was disappointing as of course I placed the order needing the support urgently to help with an injury.”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback - we are sorry you feel the delivery service has let you down. I have personally looked into your order and found you ordered after 5pm on Friday 8th September therefore your order was despatched the next working day on Monday 11th September via Royal Mail 1st Class which usually takes around 3-5 working days to arrive, however this can be up to 7 working days as per Royal Mail's estimations. Given this feedback was received on 18th September, I do believe that the delivery time did fall within Royal Mail's estimations although some parcels can arrive much quicker depending on their demand. I hope this information helps as we always aim to despatch as quickly as possible via the delivery service requested by our customers. Many thanks Physiotherapy Store

“I was very impressed with how quick my order came but unfortunately it was too chunky for my daughter so emailed your sales team and took a few days to reply but gave me some other options I ordered one of these options have had a emailed confirming order but have now been told it's out of stock and my daughter is needing this support Thursday 5th July so started ok but has gone down hill”
