Delivery of product was glacial, 4 weeks and charges outrageous Opted for 1st class post this added £4.99 to final charge so won’t se these again Product was adequate but not worth the wait

The order took almost 2 weeks to arrive, something which we were not informed of when ordering. Also I received an email saying it has been despatched but when I rang up it hadn’t yet been despatched. Too long to wait for an urgent medical thumb strap.

We're sorry you had to wait, but our web-site did have notices placed across the top of the web-page to state orders placed between Christmas and New Year would be dispatched on/after 2nd January. For all urgent orders, we recommend selecting the DPD/Courier option for next business/working day delivery as we have no control or notification on delays to the standard postage services.

Hi there, Size was too big it would be good if you could just select a standard size five Free returns policy would also be helpful Many thanks I will repurchase item as I am desperate for them, obviously selecting a smaller size please could you advise on what I need. Kind regards

I am disappointed that you have not replied to my message regarding the 1 x PS-6293-XS - Dual Compression Epicondylitis Clasp. The strapping being out of shape. I paid extra for the delivery (£6 approx) I feel at least it could have been packaged better than a jiffy envelope.

Website difficult to navigate, because of this I ordered 3 items by mistake. The policy is not to pay postage for returns so making a mistake is expensive. The actual product was good and at a good price.

The size selection has a big difference between small and medium. I chose small and sent it back to exchange more than a week ago. I rang and promised a quick reply, not yet got. I need this support and have had to order another elsewhere. I can’t recommend this company supplying medical services.

The reason we order from these companies is because we require an item quickly, and with 1st class post that's a great benefit. However item was dispatched following day but now 7 days later still hasn't arrived. I have contacted the company who state there is little they can do and have to wait 7 to 10 days for non delivery before considering a replacement. Now whilst I understand delivery is beyond their control once items pass into the hands of royal mail I really do think their customer service could be far better and quicker in dealing with this kind of incident. A very unhappy customer.

I ordered the item according to your size for small but it is too small and I am sure it is not the correct sizing so I have to order the next size up.

Goods still not received 10 days after placing order. Had to phone three times to find out where order was-promised to chase Post office and phone me back but never did. Finally had to cancel and purchase elsewhere. Considering most people are ordering because they have an injury I think the postal method provided is inadequate for the £3.99 charged when 48 hour tracked service is available for little more.

The product was as expected however it took 17 days from ordering to delivery and yet the page stated next day delivery if ordered before 3pm??

Unfortunatly my dad has struggled to get on with his garment.the pads dont seem to be in the correct place for his comfort and support .

We have ordered a tens/ems machine, and after 7 days we still have not received it despite being assured that it was sent on the day it was ordered. My husband had a stroke in June and the physiotherapists recommended this piece of equipment. He has had three physio sessions since ordering and has not been able to get it set up. We are on holiday next week, so he will have lost two weeks of stimulation to get his arm working again. The first time I phoned I was told there was nothing that could be done for seven working days, then a claim would be put in to royal mail. Today I was told they would send another one, but of course as this is a bank holiday weekend we most likely won't get it until Tuesday, which means it still can't be set up for use whilst we're away. So all in all we're not happy

Item bought not as good as bought previously bought 16 fl.oz 2 bottles seems as if it has been watered down not as strong as the 4fl.oz bottles bought previously ordered 2 bottles to save on postage and because was pleased with what I had before. The bottles were only sealed with cello tape over the nozzle were as before were sealed completely like I bought from another chemist, also price had gone up won't be buying again VERY DISAPPOINTED would like a reply to this.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry you have had a poor experience with the Biofreeze you have purchased. We have since been in touch with the manufacturer and have been assured that they have not changed the ingredient make up in the product at all. The pricing for Biofreeze has been increased from our supplier and we are currently offering it to our customers at our very best price as we fully appreciate the price hike is difficult for a lot of customers. In terms of packaging, we receive these from Biofreeze without packaging and with the pump bottles, we always tape the top of the bottle to stop the bottle leaking in transit.
