“The belt is just a little on the big size, but it might be useful for when I wear thick jumpers during the winter months as it will fit over them. For this reason, I decided to keep it.”

“My order duly arrived taking longer than I expected - 2 weeks. Regretfully the item was smaller than anticipated, and the reason for the order was to assist my healing process, and by the time I received the item a replacement was not the appropriate course of action. I returned the item following a phone call to explain the situation and was treated with the utmost curtesy receiving a refund on receipt of the item.”

“Good, clear descriptions of goods, quick post out, good prices and well packaged. I did miss my 5% discount and, althoguh i wrote to ask them about this they did not respond which was a shame. But I would use them again :-)”

“I have been using Sorbothane insoles for many years. They really are very good and I wear them in walking boots and wellies because of their comfort. I broke my foot a few years ago and tend to have problems from time to time when walking. When using the Sorbothane insoles, no pain when walking.”

“I was very pleased with the quick service of delivery with the Fisiocrem that I ordered but not too happy with the fact that neither the box or the actual tube of cream had an expiry date on it so was a bit worried to use it. I did call up and they assured me that it was genuine and ok to use but never had this happen before.”
