“I have placed several orders with Picframes.co.uk and each time the frames have been delivered promptly. There was an incident once where the frame had been damaged in transit. I telephoned Picframes.co.uk to explain and they very kindly sent me a replacement frame that arrived the following day at no extra charge. I can highly recommend Picframes.co.uk for good quality workmanship, fast dispatch and fantastic customer service if you have a problem. I will certainly use again in the future.”

“It was very easy to order and putting in the exact measurements I needed was childs play. The frame was promised to be ready for despatch in 5 days, it was delivered to my home in that time. Mounting my wifes counted crossstitch was the work of only a few minutes. In short Delivery, manufacture and design are all superb. CNE.”

“I have ordered many frames and have been very pleased with this service. The online ordering system is easy to use and gives you the option of uploading artwork to see how it looks in the frames. One frame I ordered arrived with some damage and customer services dealt with the problem professionally and swiftly. I would highly recommend Picframes.co.uk”

“I was looking for a fairly simple custom frame for a Christmas present and my regular supplier could not supply in time. Saw picframes in google who fitted the bill with fast delivery times and good prices so I gave them a go. No problems at all and a well made fully customised frame arrived on cue. The recipient of it was very pleased for his present.”
