“Ordering on the website was very easy and there was a great choice of different frame styles. After ordering I was kept up-to-date with my order progress, and was eventually informed of my delivery date by text and email. My frames arrived on time and were well packaged to prevent damage. The frames were really well made with a high quality finish. Would definitely recommend and I will be shopping there again!”

“Brilliant service, so happy with the frame. Website was easy to use - took longer than I thought to deliver but it was over the Christmas period so am sure it was just caught in the backlog. Frame was well packaged and will definitely be ordering again.”

“The quality of the frames is excellent. The staff are really helpful too. I have seen many sites advertising frames but cannot find any reason to change as I am more than happy with both the product and service. Oh, and not forgetting the regular updates on deliveries in transit from the couriers. It saves waiting around all day!”

“What a wonderful service Picframes offer. The website is easy to navigate and being able to upload a photo means you know exactly what you are going to get. The frames come well packed and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. The frames and mounts are of excellent quality. The mounts are cleanly cut with no corner overcuts, and the frames are expertly cut and assembled. The plexiglass is always cut accurately, as are the other components. One word of caution - it is very easy to cut yourself on the plexiglass so handle carefully! It also attracts dust like a magnet after the protective covering is removed. I wash the sheet under warm water and use a drop of washing liquid. I then air dry it completely before assembling, somewhere preferably where my cat hasn't been lying ! Voila - no dust!”
