“I dont know how I managed it, but my measurements were a lot larger than the people at Picframes normally construct. However they honoured my internet order, and the 2 frames arrived well packaged and were beuatiful.”

“I have had 6 frames from pic frames & i wouldnt use anyone else for my frames. Each time my order has come through really quickly & the frames have been excellent apart from once when the frame had a mark on it so i emailed them & they made me another & sent it out free of charge the same day .. brilliant customer service, buy from picframes, u will not be disapointed!!”

“Brilliant all round. I ordered 3 different frames, one which included 4 photos and found ordering easy and the price far cheaper than others I tried on the internet. I was half expecting the quality to be 'not too good' for the price I paid but I was extremely impressed. They arrived exactly when they said and were packed very carefully and the frames are very well made to a very high standard and fitted my pictures perfectly. I am delighted with the result hanging on my walls. Thank you. Mrs Hurst”

“I am an artist and have been using PicFrames for a couple of years now and have always had excellent service. Being able to upload your image, makes choosing the right frame much easier. The frames are beautifully made and are very well packaged. They are also very helpful if you need a frame urgently. Highly recommended.”

“I was most impressed by this service. I don't often need a picture frame, but was recently asked by an elderly friend to frame a photograph that I had provided. Living in a rural location I turned to the Internet as I thought it unlikely that I could source a ready-made frame locally, and available framing services would have been exorbitant. I was delighted to find your site, clear unambiguous instructions and wide choice of materials. The friend was delighted with the finished result. If I need to buy any more photo frames I will certainly use your company again, or if one of my customers enquires about framing, I will very definitely recommend your service. Janet Wedgwood”

“I have now ordered pictures frames from Picframes.co.uk on two occasions and have been very satisfied with both the customer service that I received and the product quality. I will definitely order from this company again. (One quick comment: it would be fab if you could see previous orders when you log in to the website as this would be very helpful if you want to order either more of the same picture frame or more of the same style :-) ).”

“Pleased with the frame. Some of the picture hooks (that hold the picture/plastic etc in) seemed to be warping the wood and do not look totally steady, and one was missing. One screw for hanging it up also stripped and therefore I could not screw it in completely, (the other was fine though). These are minor issues though and do not seem to affect the frame in the end. Looks really good.”

“Simple to use online ordering and a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone should you need to talk direct. I used the normal service which seemed almost express. The one thing I will say is to be careful if you move the frames (such as for exhibitions), as some of the finishes are easily damaged”

“Very easy to use frame designer, especially for odd size pictures and multipicture mounts. Guidance for overall mount size is great too Speedy deliver and good information about when.
