“I've used Picframes three or four times now, the service and product quality is excellent and I've just placed another order. On the one occasion when there was a slight mix-up with one of my orders, a replacement was sent immediately and arrived in plenty of time for my exhibition. It's great to deal with the people who are making what you've ordered themselves, on their own premises. I really appreciate the 'one hour window' delivery system too. I can't recommend Picframes more highly.”

“I feel I have to write to say how pleased I am with the picture frames that you supplied. I ordered these only a few days before Christmas and they all arrived in time. “Very good quality, well made frame, great customer service, came suprisingly quickly, amazing price. Website was easy to use and intuitive. I used to work for a reputable custom picture framing shop so I know what I'm talking about and would definately recommend this to anyone!”

“I have used picframes twice so far. On both occasions the frames have been absolutely beautiful & of an exceptional quality. They were also delivered very quickly. The man I spoke to on the phone at picframes was very kind & helpful. They have a beautiful range of mouldings, my cream & Italian gold/bronze frame were both gorgeous & excellent value for money. The website is also brilliant for seeing what your artwork will look like framed & is very easy to use. I will definitely use picframes every time I need a frame from now on. I'm a very happy customer!”

“I've ordered from PicFrames 3 times in the last few years and each and every time I've been very impressed with the service and quality. I love how you can preview your own print in the frame prior to ordering - this helps when choosing frame width and mount colour. I have recommended PicFrames to others when they need a bespoke frame and I am planning to order 2 more frames in the next few weeks as I have some limited edition screen prints I want framing.”

“All was made very simple - measuring, choosing a style; very well wrapped and protected with all the necessary bits; took 15 minutes to assemble and most of that was removing the picture from the original frame. The frame looks exactly as it did on the webpage and the picture looks so much better now. I will be using Picframes again when I want to enhance my walls!!! Many thanks.”
