“We ordered a silver picture frame for a panoramic print - this arrived only 3 days after ordering which was extremely impressive. The delivery arrangements were very organized & I was given a time to expect the package which puts an end to waiting in all day. The picture frame was very well wrapped with no damage. The quality of the frame is very good & everything that goes with it - mounting, glass etc was all fine & instructions to put it together very clear. The website to order in the first place is easy to follow with so much choice, taking you through each step very easily. I would have no hesitation in using this again in the future.”

“Very easy to order and really liked the way I could order the exact measurements that I needed. The delivery was excellent. I was given the day of delivery day early on and on the morning I was given the time it would be delivered within an hour It was on time”

“The accuracy of frame manufacture is good. The speed of manufacture is also good. Communications regarding delivery are excellent. My latest order was for a natural oak finished frame. The quality of the timber is however not good, one side has unsightly black grain - if three sides can be of good quality, why can't the fourth be selected to match? If I had time, I would have returned it.”

“Let down by a poor delivery service who gave a delivery slot of 7am-8pm although it was supposed to be a 1 hour slot. Inevitably they tried to deliver the parcel when we were out having waited in for 7 hours!”

Hello Stephen, Thanks for bringing this to my attention and i have emailed you directly. The couriers did have a problem with the route and a new driver that day. They normally are great hitting the time slots around 94% of deliveries. Kind REgards Mike Barrow Kind R

“Good service but didn't deliver value in my opinion. The frame looks good but it feels budget. For £56 ish I'd expect glass and not perspex. Don't think I re-order for the price. Hope this helps”

Hello, Thanks for the feedback, it is important to us that you are completely happy. With regard to the actual frame if you would like to swap it for any other style you might prefer please contact me directly, With regard to the glazing we only use the acrylic which is explained at the point of purchase. We use this as it is alot safer in transit through the courier system as you imagine in a frame that size it would be likely for glass to break ans cause possible injury on opening the box. “I ordered my picture frame on Saturday 1st March and it arrived on Thursday 6th March. This is a most impressive turn around for a bespoke made frame. Picframes site makes ordering a frame of specific materials and size so simple. The frame I received was exactly to my specifications sizewise and materials. The workmanship is excellent, the mitred corners of the frame are absolutely perfect and whole frame is assembled very neatly. I ordered my frame to match a much larger frame with 6 picture apertures which my son gave me for Christmas 2012. One would never know that that frame and my recent order were purchased 15 months apart!!”

“First class oak frames & first class service. the product deserves 5 stars. Deducted 1 star due to the state of the packaging the 2xlarger frames arrived in, (the frames were sliding in & out of a completely open ended badly damaged box). Suggest a review of the carrier used.”
