“The edges of the oak frame were rough and needed to be sanded to make them smooth. We did not like the acrylic very much as it seemed to attract a layer of dust on its surface and would have preferred glass. We were very impressed by the speed of the service and the messages sent by the delivery team which ensured we knew when the parcel would arrive.”

“I had wanted to find a site that allowed you options to choose frame type etc and PicFrames was just easy and fun to use. A nice touch was the ability to upload an image of the picture destined for the chosen frame. On arrival the quality was good and I'm happy with PicFrames. Next time I need a frame i'll visit the site again. Recommended.”

“The frames are all good but I also ordered brown tape which I didn't receive with frames then I contacted several times with the customer service guy who told me that he will send the replacement... I have been waiting to receive it for over a month now... Disappointed...”

“Impressed with the website and ordering process. Very slick and easy, nice to see your picture as it may look in the frame too. However, the product does not match the promise. The frame I got is light and flimsy with no structure, as a result when hung it twists and bows and does not sit flush to the wall. Very disappointing and a lesson learned, something's you need to touch and feel to make sure they are right.”

“I've used Picframes.co.uk a few times now and cannot fault them. Made to measure quality frames with lots of choice at competitive prices. Made well, packaged well and delivered within a few days. Cannot fault the communication either as you are emailed and text details of order, dispatch and a delivery time, if Picframes.co.uk can do it why can't others. Will definitely be ordering more again soon and would happily recommend them.”

“Excellent Service and Products! Picframes even helped me out by sending out a mount when I incorrectly measured my artwork and ended up with a frame that was too big. The frames I have ordered from them have been brilliant quality, arrived very quickly and by timed courier so I knew when they would arrive and Picframes have always been easy to contact in the event of problems. I highly recommend PicFrames.”

“Found you by chance and have used you now for several cross stitch pictures that i have completed. Fantastic service, quality and i would recommend you highly to anyone who needs a frama made - what is so good is that you can see what frame and mount you choose looks like.
