“I have used picframes.co.uk before to purchase picture frames. The products that I have received have always fantastic quality, very well priced, and have always arrived promptly. So it was no surprise that I decided to use them again when framing my new pictures this month. In the past I had done all my orders online with picframes.co.uk, but this time, I needed to call the company about my order. I was really taken aback at how fantastic the customer service that I received was. I had gotten so used to dealing with companies that make my life a living hell when it comes to orders and customer service, that I was so surprised to find a company that really went the extra mile to make things easy. I highly recommend using picframes.co.uk. Not only will you get a great product, but you will also get a level of customer service that is of the highest calibre. Thank you Mike for all your assistance. It really has been a pleasure dealing with you and your company.”

“Ordered a number of times from Picframes and have always found them to be excellent in every area. Delivery time and packaging is brilliant, all the products I've ordered are fantastic and the website is user friendly! Have recommended the company to many people and will continue to do so. Cost does seem expensive at first, but when you break it down and see what you're actually getting, I think it's very good, especially when the mounts are custom-sized.”

“I was in a pickle and needed a frame fast. I rang and spoke to Mike who was so personable and helpful. He then busted a gut for me and within 25 hours I had my picture in a double mount set in a lovely frame at a reasonable price to take to a family celebration. Sorted! Will use your services again, hopefully giving you more notice!”

“This must be the 5th frame I have brought from Picframes. I ordered on late Bank Holiday Monday and it arrived on Thursday safe and secure and well protected as usual. Cannot fault the website for ordering and the quality of the frame makes a simple poster print a piece of art!”

“Order prepared quickly but no e-mail or warning of delivery as the parcel came by Royal Mail. Fortunately I was in. Frame well packaged and looks nice. Thanks.”

“I have used PicFrames three times now. On each occasion the service has been first class as have the frames. My second order was quite a long time after my first, and I wanted exactly the same frame, but I had lost the details. On the telephone my original order was quickly found, problem solved ! I can whole heartedly recommend this company. Peter Butler”

“Excellent prompt service and good courier links. The product is very good and generally well constructed. Occasionally there are some missing rear clips and backing too tight but in the main an excellent product. Delivery is very good and the information on times one of the best features. Keep up the good work.”

“The frame is exactly as I expected and arrived in perfect condition. My only criticism is in the delivery as I did not receive an email saying when it was going to be delivered and nor did I receive a time. Only contact was a text message at 8pm in the evening from Parcel Force (with no number to reply to) saying that it would be delivered the next day.”

“It was a real find discovering this company. I had spent hours wandering around Birmingham looking for the right sized frame without success then I stumbled upon this website and had the frame made to my specification within minutes. My only concern was that I had no emails from the messenger service and it was only by luck that I happened to be at home when they delivered. This was ironic as the cost of postage was the only expensive aspect of the service. However, I would certainly use this company again.”

“The frame itself was fine, but the backing board seemed to be cut too short by about 3mm, there is quite a significant gap between the board and the frame. The delivery was appalling, you had advised me that I would receive emails stating the day and the hour that the courier would arrive. This did not happen, he just turned up on Friday with no prior warning and HE was annoyed with ME because he had tried to deliver it the previous day and I was not home. He appeared to know nothing about the fact that I supposed to have received prior notification about delivery. I will not be ordering from you again.”
