“I received one frame which had clearly been trodden on, i guess by couriers. 1 phone call to a very nice man and i had a beautiful new frame in 48 hours. Its great and i would definitely recommend this company! Thank you!”

“On receiving my order, I discovered that the mounts were not cut as I had expected (due to some confusion with the measurements). The person I spoke to at PicFrames offered immediately to re-cut the mounts for me and they arrived 24 hours later. This 'no-fuss' approach and the very helpful and polite service I received will ensure that I use PicFrames again for my photography business. Products also arrive very well packaged to minimise any chance of damage in delivery which is a great reassurance when jobs need to be turned round quickly.”

“Quality is good and the turnaround on order rapid. Only tried a limited range of frames but they are good value for money. Very impressed with the delivery service giving clear precise information on time of delivery. Always arrives within the quoted time. Also first class response from telephone help line. Have used PicFrames quite often with no errors on order.”

“I'm disappointed the best overall rating option was only 'Very Good' there should have been an 'Outstanding.' After looking for an online framer for days, trying to navigate their websites where in general you needed a degree in web site navigation I came across Picframes.co.uk. The site was easy to navigate and when I called them to expedite and order I received excellent customer service from a really kind person at the other end of the phone, and the frame came within the stated time. The frame itself was perfectly wrapped and as described, also to add the couriers Picframes use give you a one hour time slot, which is incredibly convenient, not having to wait in all day. Highly recommended, in fact the best. David Murray.”
