“I have used PicFrames twice now, and I expect to use them again in the future. To start with a very good web site, easy to navigate. Quick delivery, and I am very pleased with the result, my pictures look good on the wall. Good quality frames. I wanted to match the first frame with the second, but some time had elapsed between orders and I had forgotten the details of the first order. No problem ! They had all the information of my first order on file. Very helpful nice people to deal with. I can recommend them.”

“My goodness, how remiss of me. Should have left this weeks ago and then festivities get in the way... Several times I've needed frames urgently. That is within two days. All orders were absolutely spot on. Most importantly is that I can ring up and discuss my requirements. My clients aren't always reasonable, but always picframes have compensated for this and rushed orders through. No fuss. Reflects well on my business and I really appreciate your professionalism. Again, my tardiness in leaving my appreciation doesn't reflect the importance of your response. And of course the quality of the framing has been of the highest quality. I can thoroughly recommend you use picframes and in those odd times you need something special, don't hesitate to talk to them! You won't be disappointed.
