“I've ordered from picframes for high quality artwork frames and their professionalism is excellent. Starting from the ordering process with the website; it's intuitive and easy to use with a wide range of choices. The after-sale communication is prompt and clear - giving clear guidance on timings for the frame construction and delivery. Most importantly the frames are superb, as is the acrylic glazing. “I ordered two large frames for some prints I'd bought. Took about a week to arrive and were well packed. Really pleased with both, and good value. I paid extra for the stronger hooks and hangers and was pleased I did as the size meant they were quite heavy. Would definitely use again. Only feedback to the company - would be nice to get progress email as the order gets scheduled so we know timescales.”

“The frame is exactly as I ordered and looks great. However the packaging had obviously been opened by someone with the staples ripped open at one end then the package badly closed with tape. The inner package had been opened at one corner.”

“Poor packaging causing damage front face of frame. Staple dents on frame. Corners badly finished. Have emailed twice and still no response. Poor service.”
