“The ordering process was straightforward and the sizes were correct. I ordered a frame and mount for a large (20" x 30") picture and the measurements need to be quite accuracte for this as any error is quite obvious. The picture only just fitted within the border mount so I would suggest allowing another couple of mm. The acrylic material seems to attract the dust and other particles when assembling so it was difficult to get a good clean assembly. I tried a microfibre cloth and vacuum cleaner but it is very difficult to get completely clean ! I think glass would provide a better result.The smaller picture was much easier to handle though. The frame construction was adequate but the larger frame (costing >£60) seemed a little on the 'lightweight' side compared to what I was expecting. I guess the acrylic and lightweight frames make it safer and cheaper to send through the post so it is a reasonable compromise.”

“I'd had a ridiculously expensive quote for framing and decided to go for one of these frames instead. Excellent service, great quality, easy to follow instructions... just perfect and a really cost effective way of getting my picture framed”

“Good quality frame, just as ordered. The standard delivery charge for UK customers is £5.99 but charge extra for Scottish Highlands and Islands, but you don't find out until the last minute. This is another company with discriminatory delivery charges.”

“Good product at a reasonable price but let down by poor delivery service. Frame should have arrived Tuesday and after three days of chasing the frame finally arrived. Staff at Picframes were persistent with the carrier and eventually managed to sort the matter.”
