“Perfect picture mounts cut and supplied by this excellent company. Take the time to give them the correct measurements for your project and you won't be disappointed. Items were extremely well packaged and shipped using a reliable courier.”

“Not only are the products competitively priced but the website is well designed allowing customers to accurately visualise what they are buying and see how their own picture would look in any variety of frame and mount combinations they may wish to consider. Service is fast and efficient, products are well packaged, I've never yet encountered any instances of transit damage. And just to round off a great customer experience the customer services staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I ordered 3 custom made picture mounts. They arrived very quickly, fitted the frames and pictures perfectly and were of a high quality. The only negative was that the website led me to believe that they would include backing boards and fixtures as standard, however these were not included. Still, would use again”

“I ordered two box frames with spacers, they arrived in good time, however they were not box frames as they did have any spacers. To return would cost too much and when attempting to call despite the website saying Picframes is open until 5pm no one picked up the phone and no answer phone. Won't be using again or recommending.”

“The frame was excellent, easy to assemble and did the job perfectly. It was quite difficult to align the paper tape on the back of the frame with the frame edge so it fitted neatly and covered all the fastening pins properly. Although you paid for Parcelforce Express 24 shipping it took 48 hours from the time of posting to arrive so I think Parcelforce Express 48 would have saved you money without any change to the shipping time. But in the end I am delighted with the result. - John”
