“I bought a large double mount from picframes. Ordering was quite easy as I was able to see a representation of the selected colours and size, and check the overall size with the borders on the final order. It was very well packed in a mounting board envelope, thankfully, as the courier had trashed the outer box, but the mount was fine. It came in 2 days so I would definitely use this company again.”

“Zero out of 5 so far as I am still waiting for my order 5 days after they claim to have dispatched it. And no reply yet to my email asking them why I have not received it and why their courier has not contacted me. Very disappointed to date. Hoping that will change.”

“Choosing the right size and style of frame was really easy, the website was easy to use. I was Really happy when the frame arrived, it was much nicer than i expected and fits my picture perfectly, i would definitely recommend.”

“Have used Picframes twice now to order 4 frames. Good choice of frames and mounts. Picture frames are of good quality and are well packed. Much lower cost than going to picture framing shop (maybe choice of frames not as large) but ideal for those pictures and family photos that you want to hang up but never get round to doing. Very pleased and will use again.”

“Quality is excellent however the ordering system could do with line drawn diagrams to show detail of each frame. It wasn’t quite what I thought I had ordered which wasn’t a problem in my case but could have been disastrous. If this was clearer I would give them 5/5”
