“The website ordering process is easy to use but very comprehensive so you can really get a quality frame that's exactly what you're after - instead of settling for something pre-made. The quality of the product is lovely, and it was safely delivered due to being thoughtfully packaged. “Received broken frame and without the hanging fixtures. I tried to contact the company by first sending email to customer service and also through the online form; however no replies. I tried to call at least 15 times, but always went through a ring, then recorded message but human picked up and there was no option to leave a message. I am extremely unsatisfied and now preparing documents for "small claims court"”

“I have used this company before and it worked well. However on this occasion the picture frame never arrived. Courier said we weren't in so couldn't deliver (but I was home all day) I can't reschedule as the courier has a different address to the one the company gave them and I should contact the company. I am unable to get in touch with the company. You phone and get an automated response then get cut off. Email via company website doesn't work. I have emailed but no response.”
