“ordered 2 frames ,both arrived quicker than I thought they would about 5 days ,I did try to get frames from a shop and they where quoting 3-4 weeks ,so a big difference, really happy with the quality . thanks a lot ,great job”

“Friendly conversation about payment and postage. Everything was done properly and the service is an affordable of getting the exact picture frame you need, including mounting frame cut exactly to specification and a backing board. Everything to frame the size of picture you are framing.”

“I have been using PicFrames for (approximately) the last three years for all my frames. They consistently provide high quality frames, the turn around is excellent and they provide excellent customer service whenever I have had any queries. As an artist with constant framing needs all these points are very important to me and PicFrames have never failed to deliver.”

“I chose oak frames, a little concerned about acrylic 'glass', but I am really pleased with the result. I had water-colour prints with mounts already in place and they now look amazing. They were utterly accurate in their construction and they arrived very quickly. Thank you very much.”

“I was a little concerned about the possible quality of this frame along with how accurate the inlay had been made. Upon arrival (via a decent delivery company) the frame was really well packed. I was delighted when I opened the box. The frame had been made beautifully and is of a quality I didn't expect for the price. On the high street I was quoted double the price! Overall a great experience. Thanks.”

“Excellent quality frames and delivery time shorter than any local framers - as well as being cheaper than them! The ordering system is very clever and easy to use. The choice of frames is good; if I were to make any suggestion for improvement it would be to increase the range of frames available - but that is being very fussy!”

“I needed frames made to measure and find the online frame designer software a joy to use. My first order was made in no time and I was contacted immediately and kept in the loop with the delivery at all stages. I would recommend this frame company to anyone and the quality of materials and manufacture are second to none. I am ordering another frame as soon as this review is typed.”

“Once again I have come to Picframes with a piece of art. I have found the website exceptionally easy to use and the frame I have been sent as good, if not better, than I would have imagined. I can't see any reason to look elsewhere for frames.”
