“I've bought a lot of frames and mounts from PicFrames over the last couple of years and the service has always been great. Items are delivered quickly and well packaged and Mike has been great deal with. I will definitely use them again.”

“PicFrames were really helpful to me. I ordered several mounts, but made a mistake as to colour. When they arrived I knew I had the wrong colour so I called them and they were really helpful. He described the colours to me, and helped me to choose the correct colour. He then made replacement mounts for me that day, and sent them off so that they arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend PicFrames. Marion Derrett”

“The site was easy to use and the frame arrived very quickly (although I still had to wait a couple of days to collect as the delivery company either couldn't or didn't deliver to my neighbour). The frame and mount was just what I needed - very pleased with the end result. Might be an idea to make it clearer that the film on the glass is coloured - I thought I had the wrong colour mount until I took it off! The photos look great though in my new frame.”

“My sister found this site for me as I wanted to match the frame for a painting to one I already had at home. The site is brilliant, very easy to use. The after order emails kept me informed of how my order was progressing and when dispatched. I was informed when the courier had my order and again with a time slot. The frame was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I can't fault this company and will use again and again and will recommend again and again. Top company, top service. Brilliant.”

“Service from this company has been amazing. They tracked down a former order for me so that I was able to order exactly the same frame again and then the new frames arrived very quickly and are very good quality, as before. Choosing what you need and the ordering process is very clear and easy to use. Definitely a five star performance. Thank you .”
