“The frame I received (chunky oak) is great. It's perfectly size & square with a high quality finish. There was a slight mix-up with the additional mount - but I'd recommend placing an order with these guys based on their great customer service as demonstrated getting my order sorted with no issues.”

“The frame is good quality for the price. I had to tape the mounts to get them to line up evenly in the frame but overall I am happy with the results and very much like using the plastic alternative to glass making it lighter and easier to hang.”

“After waiting about 4 weeks I recently received my first order and I’m a bit dissatisfied. The frame itself looks good but I ordered a double mount and the top mount was cut back to front (bevelled on the inside) and was unusable. The frame was also distorted on one side in the packaging but did spring back once unpackaged leaving a dent in the mount.”

“So easy! Have used a different site before and you never quite knew what you were getting. Really clear instructions for sizing - just measure the bit you want to see rather than the size of the frame you want. Plus the pretty cheap size guarantee was great peace of mind. Delivery wasn’t that quick but well worth the wait. And regular updates along the way.”

“I have literally been raving about this website to anyone that will listen! Amazing to have custom made frames and mounts with such reasonable prices! “Not very impressed unfortunately. I thought due to the price I’d be getting a high quality frame however I guess I paid for the ‘handmade’ element of it. The large frame I ordered came with no hanging fittings and it’s too flimsy to hang by the frame alone. Whilst I was kept up to date on the delays in delivery time it took a long time (!)”

“Very easy to navigate and use the website. Very easy instructions to help with measurements and good clear pictures of frames and mounts etc. Very competitive prices and excellent quality.
