“The frames look to be good quality but if you want them quickly then be prepared for a long wait. The frames I ordered took weeks to arrive.”

“Frames were just what I needed and very good quality for a very reasonable price. There was a delay in the order but I was kept well informed, and I was also contacted by phone about a potential problem. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use again despite the delay. ( I didn't use express delivery option)”

“Generally a very good service which I have used on many occasions. The latest batch of frames was excellent, but slightly damaged in transit, with the corners of one frame dented. The new packing techniques which they use are not as robust as the old ones. So I would say good for smaller frames, but I have my doubts about whether their packaging is suitable for bigger frames (the second delivery I have had with damage)”
