“When the frame came, the courier left it by the front door. After he left and before we could get it, a gust of wind sent it cartwheeling down the drive. We opened it with our hearts in our mouths! But it was completely unaffected! It was as perfect as it left you. It was well packed and well protected. When I ordered it back in January, I didn't know that covid19 was going to get worse again and I had to ask you to keep it for a while. You said, 'No problem' and held on to it for 2 months until we were ready for it. Thank you for that kindness. Very satisfied with frame and service. It won't be long before you have an order from me again.”

“Very happy with the 2 frames I ordered makes my panoramic photo look very impressive. They took quite a while to arrive which is the only minor quibble other than that perfect and will order again. Thankyou”

“I was kept fully informed of the manufacture and delivery time. The frame is very nice and was well wrapped and protected. One small issue is that my picture did not fit into the frame and I had to cut some off it. I suppose it's better to trim rather than have the frame too big. However, I'm sure I measured accurately, so it would have been nice just to drop the picture in rather than messing about. Otherwise, very pleased.”

“I found the customer service fantastic. I needed the order quicker and they obliged immediately. It was all really straightforward. The frames themselves I found to be of good but not great quality. The ‘glass’ scratched very easily and the black metal pieces that hold the back in place seem to come loose/off easily. Two of them fell out while we were putting it all together. So overall the customer service is great, but the products need some work to be good value for money.”

“Bought a poster at a Monet exhibition at the National Gallery back in 2012, but it was a totally non-standard size, and I couldn’t get a frame for it. Eventually decided to try to get one made - had always thought it would be too expensive, but fortunately found Picframes. Delighted with the frame and the price. It may take a little longer than some other suppliers, but worth waiting for.”

“I ordered 5 frames. The frames were well made. However, two had damaged corners due to poor packaging most probably as it was the corners that had been slightly dented and squashed. I contacted Picframes straight away and sent photos as soon as I unwrapped the package. No one ever got back to me to try to resolve the problem with the damage. Poor service if there is a problem with your order.”

“We had this frame made to our dimensions, and it was duly delivered, albeit slowly (Covid, presumably). It was carefully packaged, but upon inspecting the frame, it must be said that the quality of the wood used, (natural barefaced oak), was not good! There were chips in it at two corners together with a rough finish, and rubbing your fingers over the surface, it was sharp, almost to the point of getting a splinter. Compared to the other sides butting up to it, there was quite a difference in wood quality. We are not very happy with this product. I suppose we can sand down the rough finish, but that doesn't fill the holes/chips. Considering the cost, this was not a good purchase.”

“These guys built a custom sized frame for me down to the exact millimeter - the size was perfect and the build quality great. It arrived in good time, considering how things are right now and I received plenty of emails letting me know how my order was progressing. Great service, many thanks.”
