“I was kept informed about the status of the frame, from receiving the order to when it was completed to delivery. On arrival the package was very well protected and the frame was very well made. The picture I wanted famed fitted perfectly. I was very pleased with the workmanship and final product. Thank you”

“I don't normally write reviews but feel I need to share my experience of purchasing from PicFrames. I recently purchased a large oak frame for a print. I wasn't sure how to size it correctly so spoke to them directly. I told the chap the size of the poster and he explained what I needed and I ordered the frame. I was amazed to see what they made as it bore no relation to what I was expecting. The frame itself is cheap and the border was nothing like the colour advertised on the website. The sizing which they assured me was exactly what I needed was wrong. The internal dimensions of the border are larger than the external dimensions of the print. They also sent two small screws and some cord to hang it buy which certainly won't work on a frame of this size. So basically I've wasted over £150 as its useless for my needs. I realise mistakes and misunderstandings happen and I'm sure it could have been sorted out amicably however both of my emails have been ignored which, after reading some of the reviews doesn't come as a surprise. Had I read the reviews initially and discovered that 30% were negative I'd never have used this company. I've another 7 prints of this particular set requiring framing and shall certainly take them elsewhere when we are out of the lockdown. If you're waiting for a frame from them I hope you have a better experience than Ive had.”

“Hello, it was a good design process, took too long to receive it though and it was warped when it arrived. It was well packed though. Decided to carry on as I did not want to wait any longer so I accepted the warping. I've hung it and it looks good.”

“Used many times for my paintings and prints. Very easy to use with clear graphics and costing as items are selected. Preparation and progress of the frame manufacture is prompt and delivery on time. Will use again.”

“Delighted with the frame we chose and its quality. Picframes are very good at reporting progress from order to delivery. Easy website to use apart from choosing mount colour because it takes you to the top of the list of enlarged colour views rather than straight to your choice. A minor niggle though. Great service.”

“I had a sort of emergency situation - needing a frame by a certain date. Mike was very kind to move my order forward. More to it he called to check on dimensions and recommended an alternative solution. The frame arrived, size is perfect, quality is perfect, speed is perfect. Great people, great job. “I happened to mention that the pictures were a birthday present for my grand daughter. And Picframes could not have been more considerate. They arrived on time for her birthday. She was the happiest 12 yr old in the whole world. Wonderful service. Many thanks”

“Very pleased with our bespoke frame ordered to display a print purchased elsewhere. The website is very easy to use and you can try out different frame and mount colours. You can even upload your print to see how it all looks before ordering. We were kept informed where our frame was in the production process and also when it had been dispatched. It was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.”
